Payment Terms

All payments processed through Orokin are subject to our fee structure as outlined on our platform. Creators will receive payouts according to our payment schedule, minus applicable platform fees. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice to users.

Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and share on Orokin. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Orokin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
